Schedule of Meetings Monthly meetings are normally held on the third Tuesday at 7 pm in the Board Room at 536 Hamilton Street, Roanoke Rapids, NC.   Procedure for Addressing the Board Obtain and complete an application form from the Central Services at 536 Hamilton St.   It must be returned to Central Services by noon on Thursday the week before the scheduled meeting.
