HANDICAP SEATING and EARLY ELEVATOR USAGE

Please let Mrs. Clark know of any family members who are attending graduation that will need special seating arrangements due to being in wheelchair by June 5th. Remember these individuals will be required to have one of the tickets you will be issued at the last graduation practice. Also, only one family member will be allowed to accompany them up in the elevator. You will receive a special elevator pass that will allow the individuals to enter the building prior to the doors opening. Handicapped parking will be available in the staff parking near the football field. If you do not meet the deadline of June 5th, no special passes will be given and they will not be allowed to use the elevator until 7:15. Anyone will be allowed to use the elevator beginning at 7:15.

MANDATORY GRADUATION PRACTICES

RRHS AUDITORIUM

No balloons or big bouquets of flowers will be allowed inside the auditorium during the graduation ceremony. We will collect these items at the door and hold them in the teacher’s lounge on the first floor. You may retrieve your items after graduation.

Guys

White shirt (long or short sleeved)

dark tie

black dress pants

black dress shoes

black socks

****Tennis shoes, boots, Crocs and sandals are inappropriate. 

Girls

Dresses, skirts or shorts that are shorter than your graduation gown

The collar of your dress or blouse should NOT show at the neck of your gown

black dress shoes (with or without heels, open- or closed-toed)

Flesh colored panty hose are highly recommended, but not required.
