• The EC case manager follows the procedures of an initial referral and follows the 90 day timeline. 

• If the student is eligible for services and IEP is drafted. This IEP should include all available services demonstrating what the student’s plan would be if they chose to enroll in the school district. 

• If the parent chooses not to enroll the student, a continuum of services for speech and language, and/or social/emotional services will be offered. 

• The IEP team will come to a consensus on the location and time of services.

• An annual review of IEP services will be conducted from then on.
