AMENDED PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIALLY CALLED MEETING OF THE ROANOKE RAPIDS GRADED SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Roanoke Rapids Graded School District Board of Trustees will meet in a specially called meeting on Thursday, August 6, 2020 beginning at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held remotely and electronically to honor social distancing requirements related to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Board will meet for the purposes of (1) convening a closed session(s) to consult with the Board’s attorney and consider confidential personnel information pursuant to NC General Statute143-318.11(a)(1), (3), (6) and G.S. 115C-321 and return to open session to approve personnel recommendations and (2) to review the current re-entry plan approved by the Board of Trustees and to further discuss potential alternative plans.
The closed session will be held at the beginning of the meeting, and it is anticipated that the Board will return to open session at 6:30 p.m.
