Request for Proposal - Sports Portrait Photography 2021-2022 School Year (1 year contract)
Roanoke Rapids Graded School District is seeking photographers who may be interested in photographing individual student athletes and team group photos.
Roanoke Rapids High School - Football, Soccer Mens & Womens, Basketball Mens & Womens, Baseball, Fall & Winter Cheer, Volleyball, Tennis Men’s & Women’s, Cross County, Track & Field, Swimming, Women’s Softball, Golf, and Wrestling.
Approx. 400 Student Athletes, 100 seniors
Chaloner Middle School - Football, Fall & Winter Cheer, Boys & Girls Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Boys & Girls Track.
Approx. 200 Student Athletes
Both RRHS & Chaloner request a digital download of all team photos for the yearbook.
Student/Family Package Offerings: (must offer)
Digital Download of each student athletes’ individual image and team photo
5x7 prints (group + individual) a la carte and as package
8x10 prints (group + individual) a la carte and as package
Please submit your rates, photography packages for students, and the amount of commission RRGSD will retain from sales. Additionally, include any creative or other products you plan to offer.
Note: All photography must be done after 4 p.m. Students will not be allowed to miss class instruction to participate in sports photography sessions.
