Chaloner Middle School

RRHS and Chaloner Middle School Athletics have now joined Final Forms. Final Forms is an easy and efficient way for parents and student-athletes to submit all athletic forms to be eligible to participate. The site will send notifications to individuals when physicals and other paperwork need to be updated. Parents and Student-Athletes must both join and digitally sign all the forms (registration information is attached). They must also scan in their current physical to be eligible. If they have already turned in their physical for this year, then the schools will scan it in for them. All future physicals must be scanned in by the parents and athletes. This will be mandatory for all upcoming Winter Sports and future season athletes going forward. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with the school.

Our Fall Dance is this Friday, Oct. 16th. Tickets are on sale this week for $5 and can be purchased in Homeroom. It will start at 2:50 and end at 4:30. Please have a ride home ready by 4:30 pm.

Due to field conflicts with Warren County's Flag and Junior High Football teams. The football game originally scheduled for Wednesday, 10/14 has been moved to Thursday, 10/15. Start time will still be at 6pm at Warren County High School.

Fall Dance on Oct. 16th, 2:45 pm until 4:30 om. Tickets are $5. Concessions will also be sold at the dance. Regular school attire is appropriate for the dance. Any student assigned to ISS or OSS on or after Sept. 29th will not be able to attend the dance.

For the 2026–2027 school year, Chaloner Middle School will implement a CLEAR BAG POLICY at all athletic events.

To help ensure a safe, secure, and efficient environment for everyone, spectators are asked to bring only approved clear bags to athletic events.

🚫 NO LARGE OR NON-CLEAR BAGS WILL BE PERMITTED. Camera bags must have a Media/ Press Badge

Mrs. Allen's 6th-grade class integrated language arts and social studies by studying 9/11 through articles and videos. They categorized what they learned into the five themes of geography, using critical thinking to evaluate each theme's relevance on that historic day.

Chaloner Middle School will be remembering those we lost on September 11 and honoring the brave Americans who helped others during and after that tragic day. We remember their courage, kindness, and sacrifice. We are asking all Yellow Jackets to wear Red, White, and Blue on September 11th to honor that day in our history.

Attention, New Band Students starting in the CMS Band: if you need to rent an instrument for this school year, please visit the CMS Band room on September 2nd, between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. A representative from Music and Arts will be available to answer any questions you may have about instrument rentals and to distribute supplies for those who have already placed an order. This meeting is specifically for new band students who will be renting instruments this fall.

Dear 7th Grade Families,

We want to keep you informed about a few schedule adjustments that have been made for some of our 7th grade students. Due to scheduling needs and the times required for academic support services, a small number of student schedules have been adjusted to ensure that students receive the support they need while maintaining the best possible learning experience.

The majority of our 7th grade students have remained on their original teams. However, a small number of students needed to be moved to a different team to accommodate these scheduling needs. Families of students who were affected by a team change received a phone notification directly from Mrs. Hantz.

We understand that schedule changes can sometimes raise questions, and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to provide the best academic support for every student.
